Our Gloucester Old Spot pork is produced to give our
customers the old fashioned traditional taste that they
ask for. We offer succulent meat with wonderful crunchy
crackling that oozes quality and flavour. This is what
you can expect from rare breed pork.
Our Pork Produce
We sell a whole or half carcass of pork which is
butchered into joints, chops and sausages to order. As a
guide, a whole pig usually weighs between 40 and 50
kilo's and a half pig is between 20 and 25 kilo's. A
perfect way to top up or fill your freezer, covering
family meals and holiday times such as Easter, Christmas
and the New Year.
We also sell a whole carcass for spit roasts, which are
increasingly popular for organised events and BBQ's
