The Gloucester Old Spot Breed
The pedigree status of the Gloucester Old Spot breed
is thought to date back to the early 20th Century. It
has a distinctive white coat and defined black spots.
The Gloucester Old Spot breed is a hardy, lop-eared pig
that has a good temperament and is easy to handle. The
sows are excellent mothers, living long useful breeding
lives. Their hardy nature means that they are ideal for
rearing outdoors.
